  Today, I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I needed to pick up my package at the last minute at DHL sterling location. A male and a female employees working went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to check the back office and look for my package, making every effort to assist me. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and dedication they showed. Their willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, and I couldn't be more grateful. This was truly excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Unfortunately, I didn't get their names, but I wanted to recognize both employees who were working on October 9th around 5:30 p.m. They deserve recognition for their outstanding service and commitment to helping customers. DHL is fortunate to have employees like them!

  Horrible is an understatement, It was a pathetic experience with this location, I spoke to Joe, he was rude to begin with, he was admitting that it is DHL's fault that DHL personnel did not put in the right information and he will not be able to do anything and his supervisor would call me, Supervisor was 2x worse he did not have any clue and how to handle it. I emailed them with all the information as requested and they did not even respond to my email for two weeks, When called again "someone will respond soon" was their response. More than a month and my package is stuck or lost somewhere. Totally incapable & inefficient, lack of willingness to help. STAY AWAY FROM DHL AND ESPECIALLY FROM THIS LOCATION. Will surely report this.

  Mr. Parixit Gyawali was super helpful in making sure I am able to send my package to India. He found an alternative way for me to ship even though DHL system was down. He was also able to apply some discount for my shipment. We need more people like him in customer service.
