  Only one star. If I could give no star I would do it. There is an employee name Katelyn that works there (long black hair about five ft six in tall). She needs needs to be FIRED. I have bought many car parts from this store (in Stephens City) many times over the last 15 years. I was there about three months ago (March 2026) to buy a few car parts (I own seven cars). She gave me a hard time about a make and model of one of my cars so, I bought two of one part and would return the one I did not use. When I came back to return the part she was VERY RUDE. She tore the receipt out of my hand too. I just when back there today (June 8 2026). I got another representative to help me (he was nice). But I noticed that Katelyn was there helping someone else. I deliberately listen to her conversation with the other customer and noticed that she was just as rude to him as she was to me. I was was hoping she was just having a bad day but evidently her being a mean person is her personality. I will never go back to this store again. Katelyn needs to be FIRED!

  As a automotive shop manager, I can say they have the best commercial parts department in the area very responsive and quick with deliveries. The store overall has a great selection of in stock parts and is very clean.

  Call before you go in because the online inventory is not correct. Drove an hour to the location just to be told it wasn't in stock when website said it was.

  I purchased some spark plugs and an air filter this morning and employee Dave was a big help and very pleasant to deal with. We had a nice conversation and he was helpful with my purchase. There are two other auto parts stores on this stretch of Fairfax Pike— drive past them and go to Advance. It’s worth it.

  Tyler who worked at the front, gave incredible service. I walked right out with a smile on my face because he did everything to help me and make sure that getting my brake pads and rotors were as smooth as possible. I 100% recommend this advanced auto parts store and want to give huge props to Tyler for making my visit awesome. :)
