  This is the 2nd time I’ve came that the workers have been EXTREMELY RUDE. idk what their problem is and it’s been 2 different people. I left on this trip and went to Auto Zone that’s how bad it was.

  Out of 3 employees and 0 customers in store except myself I ask for assistance finding a wheel stud n nut for a trailer . 1 employee just walked past myself n employee ignoring us and acting like he was 2 busy to help. The 3rd employee did seem ok just new at job but the one assisting me did not apply himself in any way to help find parts I desperately bad needed. Just kept saying there was no way to figure it out and using any lie to not even have to type on keyboard to try to resolve my problem or find cross reference for the part # I had with me . Worst experience in my life. The photos show part I brought to find 4 lug nuts that fit then that sticky note is part #s for complete different wheel stud n lug nut I had to search myself for 45 min that was as close to the one I brought in asi could get

  When I enter the store first, I’m look for my car’s parts, I asked employees where the items I want look for, they just show me the way in snap time. The items I look for. They are very friendly and detail me what the options I pick type of items. I like how they do when I enter first time. Give 5 stars without have any problems.

  Brutal. Constantly out of what I need. Double check their work as I have a wrong cabin air filter to return still.
