Very bad FedEx service. This place should be removed from Walmart. Myself and others walked in at the same time 5:15/20ish and was turned away saying they can’t take anymore ground packages. I don’t know if this is a thing but I’ve never been turned away before anywhere else. The attendant said they are full and can’t take ground but could take anything else. Even though they were unloading the store with multiple drivers. Had to walk out and walk down to the other mail place right beside it. They didn’t refuse me and my package actually went out same day. Others were frustrated with the attendant as she was telling everyone to go to Fredericksburg and or Woodbridge knowing they would be closed if any of us tried going to either stores. I think she just didn’t want to do anything else as the store closed in 30min. But that’s just my take on the situation. This will be the last time I ship FedEx they obviously don’t need my money.

The person working there is very nice, but you can’t trust the hours it says it’s open. (Saturday, March 21, 2026 —> says it’ll open at 10am…it opened at 10:45. I had work to do and that delayed me by 45 mins)…

This store is located inside the Walmart next to the bathrooms at the front of the store. It's not hard to find. It is a smaller store, but they do have one computer and one printer for your needs. They do not sell greeting cards or many supplies. I did what I came to do: print a document.

Unfortunate incompetence at this location. The employee could not figure out how to cancel a label and create a new one for a Saturday delivery instead. They told me they did make the change and I took them at their word because I was in a rush and late to another work obligation. As soon as I was able to check the tracking status, I see that there is no Saturday delivery designation and my package will now be late since it will have to wait until Monday. Not what I paid for…management needs to improve training and ensure their employees are competent.

Got told I can't send electronics with a shipping label already done. Walked up and the employee was sitting down on her personal phone and made a loud sigh of having to do their job. When asked what am I sending told me I can't send that because its in a walmart. Explained there are no fumes or gas or anything of the sort but said I have to go to the ground station. Surprisingly she didnt want to do her job. I have already placed a complaint to corporate with complaint ticket and will be reaching out to the franchise owner to let them know their employees are violating FedEx policy and procedures.
