  Employee named Larry is NOT a customer service employee. Was talking on the phone to what appeared to be his "boy" and was complaining that he wasnt able to hang up a sign on the bulliten board. Saying things like "Jesus Christ theres more people coming in ill have to call you back bro". Then once he came to the counter I was met with an annoyed amd rude attitude. All im trying to do is mail a package which is what I thought was the purpose of thr store.

  Very bad FedEx service. This place should be removed from Walmart. Myself and others walked in at the same time 5:15/20ish and was turned away saying they can’t take anymore ground packages. I don’t know if this is a thing but I’ve never been turned away before anywhere else. The attendant said they are full and can’t take ground but could take anything else. Even though they were unloading the store with multiple drivers. Had to walk out and walk down to the other mail place right beside it. They didn’t refuse me and my package actually went out same day. Others were frustrated with the attendant as she was telling everyone to go to Fredericksburg and or Woodbridge knowing they would be closed if any of us tried going to either stores. I think she just didn’t want to do anything else as the store closed in 30min. But that’s just my take on the situation. This will be the last time I ship FedEx they obviously don’t need my money.

  The person working there is very nice, but you can’t trust the hours it says it’s open. (Saturday, March 21, 2026 —> says it’ll open at 10am…it opened at 10:45. I had work to do and that delayed me by 45 mins)…
