  I had such an amazing experience at Advance Auto Parts this evening thanks to two outstanding young men who helped me with my battery issue. Unfortunately, I only caught one of their names — Eathen — but both of them were absolutely amazing, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. It’s so refreshing to see this level of professionalism and kindness from young employees today. Eathen went above and beyond to assist me and made a stressful situation so much easier. Their positive attitudes, patience, and excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you both for making my experience such a great one. Advance Auto Parts should be proud to have employees like them representing the company!

  Great service tooknover an hour trying to help fix my truck and figure out the issue. Worked to help solve the issue. All the staff was kind.

  Today 02/05/26 around 8:15am I came over to the store to pick up a order, I walked in to the store wait some minutes and no body showed up to help me out, I walked more in to the the store and two guys where in there, I asked if some could help me out? and one of them in meant attitude said he was busy and was the only one in the store, I said I'm sorry I will comeback later. I just wonder if is that the way he has been trained for customer attention? Unfortunately I did not get the parts I had ordered and for what I have already paid, I'll give a try hopefully later today and I understand that not all the people have the same Values but at least because you are getting paid should put more effort and treat people with more respect.
