  I got there with an Amazon return package and the seal came off so I asked for a small piece of tape. The lady at the desk said the return was customer package and they could not give me tape. I told her I did package it and the tape was coming off. She said she would give me tape if I gave them a 5 star review. She then waited for me to give the review and show her I completed it before I got the piece of tape. I told her I did not want the tape in that way and I did not feel what she was doing was right. She should have been kinder, provided the tape then ask for the review. I would have gladly given her 5 stars instead of feeling blackmailed.

  Staff helped with the return of an Amazon package that required the original box, helping repair damage from original shipping. They were kind, courteous, and fast. A rare combination of excellent customer service!

  Slowest UPS ever. They have one employee working there and she’s super unfriendly. She struggled with all aspects of her job, including entering an address to send a package for someone. Stood in line for over 10 minutes and decided to just go elsewhere. Not sure where these reviews came from. Will not return.

  Each time I’ve been here I get “helped” by a woman who doesn’t listen to what I need and someone else needs to step in. Just today I go to drop off and she wouldn’t acknowledge me walking in, she stayed sitting in her chair while speaking on the phone. So I go to the counter and start pulling organizing my packages. When she approached the counter she was continuing her phone call and said I’m ready. She stayed on her phone call the entire transaction. Didnt ask if I needed anything else, hands me a receipt and continues the phone call. The worst.
