  The man that works at the front is so kind and very patient. I had a mix up in one of my packages and I called in advance asking if I could fix my mistake and he handled it with complete care. 10/10 service, very fast and efficient. Our neighborhood needed this location.

  The guy who work there, I didn’t get the chance to see his name but he is so nasty. Zero customer service and very rude. I would never go there again.

  Great place, got my package delivered so quickly and reasonably priced too! Amin was particularly very helpful and made my experience very pleasant and efficient.

  I tried using this location for a UPS access point pick up and was charged $10 to pick up a high-value package that I had already paid for UPS shipping on. The policy for using an access point never mentioned a fee throughout the process; when I talked to my shipper they apologized and said that with the franchise model, some places will charge. They recommended finding another place for future shipments.
