  I enjoyed my stop in at this UPS store. Employees were kind and professional and helped me with sending out my return. I will definitely stop by this location again!

  This store is brand new. Very nice inside. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely use this store again.

  I have to say I am kind of skeptical of all the great reviews in the comments. The location is great and there is not much waiting line, but the staff is not welcoming. I've been there twice and they didn't even answer my greeting, I keep asking questions, and did not even look at me. It was a Happy return and it took quite some time for something that simple. I'll drive to burke location next time.

  Location is convenient but I haven’t had the best luck trying to use this UPS store. First experience was just a smooth package drop off. Super quick and easy. Second experience I had a happy returns drop off. They said they couldn’t help me because the system was down? Unsure, but no mention on when or if it would be fixed so I just went somewhere else. Third experience I tried and it was closed when I believe it should have been open (Tuesday 5/26 at 10:30am). There was a sign that said it was closed Monday 5/25 for Memorial Day. But nothing about Tuesday so not sure why it was closed. I don’t think I’ll be relying on this location moving forward. Which is unfortunate because the location is so convenient for me.

  Not sure why this store has 5*, but my recent experience was quite terrible. I was standing in line behind a customer being served and once done, the lone cashier decides to blatantly ignore me and instead help the latest person to enter the store. I called her out on this and she made some excuse about this one being a faster transaction, which even the new customer refuted. The employee proceeds to help me and 2 seconds later, AGAIN tries to convince me that I need to let her help the other person first and I had to openly tell her that I'm taking time off work to do this, so no, please wrap up my task. I was truly appalled at such poor customer service. I was genuinely excited for a more local UPS store opening, but I can guarantee you I will not be returning to this store. Not sure of the reason for her discrimination and blatant favoritism but not worth my time and money. Users beware! 1/5* - NOT recommended!
