  Good hotel at a great price for the area $108 all taxes included. Very close to shopping and Franconia Metro station. The staff was very helpful. A lot of amenities like gym, yoga studio, pool, breakfast and business centre. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff even made this cute swan towel.

  Friendly staff. Plenty to eat at breakfast. They do not have coffee available all day. Guest room doors are NOT soft close.

  Wow, this is the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed in! The gentleman who checked me in (I think his name was Byron) at the front desk was the nicest person ever, and he was able to quickly fix a problem I had! The room was very clean and the air conditioner was set the to coldest setting when I opened the door to the room, and the air conditioner kept the room nice and cold when it was over 90 degrees outside! I will defiitely stay here again!

  One of the things that bothers me when I'm at a hotel is when I can't find staff at checkout. I came down before seven to work out, no staff. I came down again at 8 o'clock to get breakfast. Still no staff. I gathered breakfast -- took about about 20 minutes. There's still no staff. Around 2pm was sitting in the lobby writing and eating a snack when One of the female managers walked by and RUDELY asked "Are you a guest?" She did not greet me or introduce or identify herself. Frankly, it's not a random person's business if Im a guest and in the moment, without a greeting or identification, she was random stranger. This is basic manners! Moments later Another staff member asked if I was waiting to check-in. I already checked in last night. Perhaps if they were working in the desk during checkout time she would have known Im a guest. They later said they only have a kiosk working in the morning until 10am! You have to have human workers during that critical time! Perhaps they didn't mean to be rude, but learning to greet people and identify yourself before asking their identity is hospitality & good communication. The cleaning ladies were lovely. The pool looked great (although closed while I was there--- horrible pool hours (should be hours that kids are banned, not everyone). Pool os closed all day Monday (When I was there and had nothing to do). Oh, and the freeway is loud. But the hotel is good.

  Great employees, hotel is older but rooms are clean. Cute towel swan on the bed when you arrive. Normal wear and tear on walls and hallways. Location was ideal for the trip back and forth to Washington DC. Pool hours are 3pm-8pm doesn't seem like enough time for guest to enjoy and closes on Mondays (assuming for cleaning). Breakfast is 6:30am-9am normal microwave food for hotels. Not bad but not always great for day after day if you're staying multiple nights.
