  I had an outstanding experience with Odie at the Rolling Road Advance Auto Parts. What started as a simple visit to gather some clarifying information for my first attempt at changing my own oil turned into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. After I explained that I was trying to save money by doing my own oil change but was having trouble locating the oil drain pan on my vehicle, Odie took a genuine interest in helping me succeed. Rather than simply answering my questions, he encouraged me to bring my vehicle to the store so he could use his automotive knowledge to assist me further. When I arrived, Odie went above and beyond every expectation. While continuing to help other customers, he took the time to help jack up my vehicle and walked me through the process of identifying the oil drain pan. He also recommended several tools that would make future maintenance much easier, including a quality floor jack, a funnel, the correct oil filter wrench, and the proper socket wrench for removing the drain plug. He didn't stop there. Odie carefully explained how to remove and replace the oil filter correctly, shared helpful maintenance tips, and emphasized the importance of responsibly recycling and properly disposing of used motor oil. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to educate rather than simply sell products made a lasting impression. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers learn new skills and become more confident working on their own vehicles. Odie invested his time, expertise, and energy without hesitation, and because of him I was able to complete a task I wasn't confident I could do on my own. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be returning to this Advance Auto Parts for my future automotive needs and to purchase professional-grade tools that Odie recommended. Employees like him don't just earn loyal customers—they build trust and confidence. Odie deserves far more than a simple "thank you." He deserves praise, recognition, and a raise for the exceptional level of customer service he consistently provides. He is a tremendous asset to the Rolling Road Advance Auto Parts, and I sincerely appreciate everything he did to help me. Thank you, Odie, for going above and beyond. Your dedication did not go unnoticed.

  I have had such great experiences over the years at this store . Saratoga Shopping Center Rolling Road Springfield, Va . Store #09039. The employees are knowledge, helpful and polite. They greet you when you come in, inquire how they help and take you to the location in the store where your products are. They store is clean and well stocked and the atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. Something not in stock?, they can have it transferred to the store in 1-2 days. Thanks for all the great service over the years. Appreciate everything. Diane R
