  The service was initially okay, but the experience turned terrible once I looked at my food. The sandwich was awful because the bread was completely undercooked and doughy. I went back inside to get it fixed, and they offered to exchange it, but they were completely out of all the other breads I actually like. My only choices were to get the exact same undercooked bread again or get nothing at all. They completely refused to give me a refund, a rebate, or any compensation. I ended up stuck with an inedible sandwich and no money back. Very disappointing customer service and food quality.

  One of the best subways I’ve been to, which is located at 9110 old battlefield. An employee by the nameVanessa made sure I that the sub I wanted was done correctly. She was a very personable person and will definitely come back.

  Vanessa from store #9110 old battlefield was super sweet. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, worked efficiently, and had a positive attitude the entire time. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work.

  I had an excellent experience at Subway thanks to Vanessa! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She was friendly, patient, and paid close attention to every detail while making my order. My sandwich was made perfectly, and she kept everything clean and organized even while staying efficient. It’s clear that Vanessa takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
