  Excellent customer service. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman I spoke to so I could recognize his by name. I called in Thursday morning to ask if there was any chance they could print 50 copies of a funeral program for me. Once I told him what I needed, he immediately went to work to make sure it happened. It was such a kindness that was greatly appreciated.

  Don't try to redirect your UPS MyChoice Premium packages to this location. They will charge you a $5 fee even if you are a UPS MyChoice Premium member (should be no fee to redirect packages). I was charged $5 and reached out to corporate for assistance. Since all UPS stores are independent franchises and not associated with UPS directly, the owner stated they are not participating in this program (while still being listed online for this service) and specifically said to me, "We are not a charity, we don't work for free." After being promised my refund, I don't believe I ever saw it. Employees are nice, owner is rude, but that's typical. Glad to say I haven't used this location ever since. A reponse to the reply from the owner: Thank you for clarifying and apparently updating your policies. You are correct, this did happen months ago and I am just not getting to this review. During my experience, I was told specifically that the store did not participate in MyChoice and they they would asked to be removed from the service/suggested locations online as the store did not want to participate. Glad to hear that has changed and that the store is indeed participating in the MyChoice program. I have just double checked my credit card statements and can confirm I never received it. Anyways, best of luck to you and your business.
