    I was dropping off an Amazon package on 8/8, and the guy at the counter had ZERO customer service skills. I honestly felt like I was the worker and he was the customer. I was the one who greeted him and thanked him, while he said absolutely nothing. I wish we had more options for dropping off packages around South Riding area.

    The dude at register gave me a death stare for coming in with my Amazon packages. The rest of the young boys were laughing amongst themselves rather than helping customers.
