  Terrible customer service You ask them to put your condiments on your sandwich a certain way and they tell me they have to put them on your sandwich the way they want to put it on your sandwich. Manager and worker have a bad attitude. I will never go there again and share this with everyone and corporate What happened to the ad to fix your sandwich the way you want it. I guess that was a lie. Very rude. No wonder 99 percent of people going in Walmart where this subway is located in South Hill Va are of color but rarely do they go to that Subway. Figure that out. No friendly customer service there.

  Outstanding experience at my local Subway last week. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to help. The service was incredibly efficient, yet personal. I got a footlong BLT, Teriyaki and ham sandwich which was made with care, and they went out of their way to customize my order exactly how I liked it. The restaurant was spotless—every table, counter, and corner super clean. It was clear the staff took pride in maintaining a pristine environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!
