  Kitty was awesome! If every subway had employees like her I would be a regular. She was very friendly, polite, and made a great sandwich. I only gave 2 stars for the atmosphere because the flies are rampant across the whole McDonald’s, subway, & loves as they’re all connected. Management needs to set out some fly traps or something, it can’t be that hard. But yea besides that, Kitty is a rockstar.

  Bad customer service... She only put 4, slices of roast beef on my Sub & I didn't have time to argue with her. That's highway robbery right there

  I bought an Italian footlong and requested that it be wrapped separately. The Subway employee, David White, told me they are not allowed to wrap sandwiches separately. I asked him to show me where it is written, as I believe that is not true, and requested that he speak to a manager. He responded that he is the manager. He then gave another reason, saying they did not have enough paper to wrap the sandwich separately, which did not appear to be the case, as there was plenty of paper available. He offered me a refund, but I declined because I wanted my sandwich prepared as requested. He then said he would not use Subway paper, but instead would use plain paper to wrap it separately. From the moment I entered the store, I felt something was off. The employee in charge did not greet me. When it was my turn to order, he approached me, looked at me, and shook his head. Subway, guys need to do something about this

  The shift lead at 12pm on 5/15/26 seemed to be not sure how to make the protein pockets and had to touch the how to make it sign about 3x with his gloved hands. Never offered a meal and didn't seem to listen too well to customers even besides myself.

  Here on 3/12/26 went to subway at 2am . Kid working there doesn’t want to make sandwiches ! He said he can make protein bowls ! He had a rack of bread done and 6 racks that needed to go in oven. This Gen Z didn’t want to make me a ham and cheese on bread ! Subway you should see how much money this kid made you tonight!! I ended up getting some chicken in a bowl with cheese and pickles…..Oh then the kid tells me to go home and heat my chicken up! I told him you dub I’m in a semi truck stuck here trying to just get a sandwich! He then heated oven up and heated my chicken up! What a waste of time!
