  I've been with Cricket for two years, and the South Hill, VA location truly stands out. From the time you walk in, they greet you by name and make you feel like a valued customer. Natasha leads an exceptional team. Her leadership shows in how well trained, attentive, and professional the staff are. Edwin and Victor take their time to listen, make sure you understand your options, and consistently find the best deals without any pressure. They aim to please. What I appreciate most is the consistency. I never had any billing issues here, which hasn't always been my experience with other providers. The level of service is outstanding and far exceeds what I've seen with other providers in different states over the years. The South Hill, VA Cricket location is second to none. I'll definitely remain a loyal customer and highly recommend them to others. Great job and thank you!

  I would give 5 stars if i didnt go in on a busy sunday, where there is only one employee working. Since she got so busy as i bought new phones, i couldn't ask all the questions i needed to ask because it was close to closing time. Also, the first attempt i went there, service was down after giving all my info, had to come back another day to finish the process. Service is better than most for a rural area, and love having no contract.
