  The male working at 12:45pm on a Tuesday morning named Dre was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. It’s very unfortunate as people are coming in from driving all night long and just want a hot meal… I hope he gets retained for the sake of the business

  Terrible service give certain people more meat on their sandwiches and talk nice to certain people but others they have attitude with! Ordered peppercorn bacon ranch and putting red sauce on my meal asked to stop and started arguing saying i can’t customize but pretty sure peppercorn ranch is white then proceeded to to yell at me telling me i was the problem. Terrible customer service both had attitudes would never stop attach exit 4 for subway ever!!!

  Stopped by to grab a tuna sub, and the experience was absolute trash. The girl working there was making our subs and I saw her touch some meat right next to the cheese. Since I don’t eat pork, I just politely asked what kind of meat it was, explaining that I was concerned about cross-contamination. She acted like I was speaking a different language. She kept making me repeat myself over and over, giving me this major attitude, acting like I was the one being difficult. It was so condescending and just plain rude. But the worst part? While I’m literally standing right there waiting, she gets on a phone call with someone and starts complaining about me, talking about how 'they're asking if I touched pork'. She was straight-up mocking me to her friend while I was standing right in front of her! I’m pretty sure she was the supervisor, too, which makes the lack of professionalism even worse. Seriously, the vibe there was awful. Do better, Subway."

  Ordered a FRESH FIT SEASONED STEAK & AVACADO. The lazy server adds meat for a single foot-long rather than the 3 tubs for the 50% more as advertised. I walked away and told my wife I did not want an improperly made and overpriced sandwich. My wife pays for it as all I did was throw the improperly proportional sandwich where it belonged, IN THE TRASH! $14.49+tax WASTED DUE TO IGNORANCE. How many others are tired of being ripped off by this location?!

  I'm a truck driver came in for a quick lunch. Needed a wrap but they were all out so I opted for flatbread. The manager was friendly enough but lost it when I ask for Mayo on both sides of the flatbread. She explains she gave me three lines of mayo and three lines of Chipotle and that's all she could give me since her expenses were high. I informed her since I couldn't get the sandwich the way I liked it I would get nothing at all so I left. It's so unfortunate that you lose a customer and have to trash the product all because you wouldn't give a few lines of mayo to a paying customer how is your food cost now?
