    Normally don't have issues, we do online orders 75% of time, like we did this one. Picked it up on our way home, I usually wait to eat mine, which I did. I ordered a 6 in. Tuna, cheese, onions, olives, & mayo...Went to eat mine, no problems til I got 1/2 way through then found crispy onions on the other 1/2 of it. This wasn't just a oops, a couple things, it should have been remade, especially just for being a 6 in. sub.

    We ordered pick up on the app. My son accidentally took someone else’s order along with our order. As soon as we got home and realized I called Subway to explain what had happened. Christina was very rude with me and told me that next time my son needed to pay attention to the names on the bag. She asked me if I could bring it back. I explained to her that we live in Esmont. I apologized and we hung up. A few minutes later Christina calls me back to say that the owner wants the money for the subs or the subs to be retuned. She also said they pulled the video and my son looked at both bags before he took them. I told her I did not appreciate her accusing my child of stealing subs. It was an honest mistake and if we were trying to steal them we would not have called and told them as soon as we got home. Who wants someone else’s subs that we didn’t order? I returned the subs. I think that is terrible customer service and were they going to give the subs to the other people after we took them out of the store? Disgusting !!! They will never have my business again!!!

    I went there last Tuesday for lunch and it was delicious and the service was pretty friendly keep up the good work!

    I’ve come here a few times with zero issues but, as of 6/13/19 I will no longer eat here. Asked for a chicken bacon ranch and noticed the chicken was really low and was curious to see if they would add more to my sub (they didn’t) so, after paying for the sub I opened it up to investigate how much was there and to no ones surprise there was barely any chicken. I walked back in to ask if that’s really all the meat and the lady brushed me off saying there was more under the lettuce (it wasn’t) so, if you want to go here and be brushed off with a valid concern go for it. However, do yourself a favor and spend your money more wisely elsewhere.
