  Nothing but young kids working here.Never see a manager there. So every time its like its children with no adult supervision. It looked like 1 kid working and we waited for about 5 minutes for him to finish some online orders. No problem-it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. Then nice kid started making ours and after a little bit, 1 big kid came out of what turned out to be a bathroom that we were beside and put on some gloves and jumped in behind the counter to prepare orders. I was surprised that was a bathroom because I never heard the water cut on or a towel dispenser used so i seriously doubt the big kid washed his hands. Maybe they should have to always wash their hands in the sink behind the counter in front of customers for that reason. I’d rather them wash their hands twice than none at all.

  I did and online order for Subway, picked my drink, the sub, and the chips all online. Upon picking it up when the app said it was ready I had to pick out the chips again and fill my own drink. Not that I minded doing that but what was the point of me choosing all that so it would be ready when I got there if I had to do it when I got there. Don't make much sense to me and may catch others off guard. Not to mention the girl who served the order to me seemed all confused herself on what her job was and she kind of got snarky when she asked me about the collector cups I ordered as well with my order. Im sorry this was my first experience with this Subway and it was also my last.

  Very unhappy with this subway. Stingy on the ingredients, staff is under trained, all young kids.
