  We got a footlong with a 7.99 coupon and a $4 pocket wrap. We ended up paying $25 for the two. The Indian woman said they don’t have small wraps so it was $9 and then she applied the coupon to the wrap and refused to change it over to the footlong, even though it was a footlong coupon. Then she denied use using the 2 footlong $14 coupon because “you can’t use footlong coupons on wraps”. She refuses to refund as well. Rolling eyes and huffing, very unprofessional.

  I requested a turkey sub without the bread. Asked if the turkey and topping be put in a bowl, was told no because it was with bread or I couldn't get it at all. I told you it was for a toddler that they will have a meltdown because they know what they want and asked for no bread. I'm so frustrated because it was a simple, you can charge me for it, I just don't want it. I asked to have it put in a bowl. The customer service was beyond horrible. Do better, I have worked on the food industry.

  Absolutely awful experience. The worker rang up our order incorrectly and I only noticed after we had paid (because that's when they gave me my receipt) and then refused to fix the issue in any way because I "didn't notice it before paying". That's theft. Absolutely awful, the owners should be ashamed. And while I don't hold Walmart to high standards by any means, they should absolutely be ashamed to be hosting such a terrible Subway store.

  Be careful, they add automatic tip to your order. I don’t tip for counter service and I don’t support businesses that engage in this shady practice.
