  I entered the location on September 18 and there was very loud rap music playing (which did not bother me but was seen as a bit unprofessional), however the employee completely ignored my existence and didn’t acknowledge me at all when loudly saying hello multiple times before I walked out completely ungreeted after 5 minutes in the store in completely unacceptable. I hope this location gets new employees who actually want to do their job, not children who are just watching the clock.

  Jenny was fantastic today! My wife and I came in while visiting town and we were very happy with our experience and subs. Great service and clean store.

  Every time i order here for lunch (online) my sandwich never tastes fresh. I thought i could give them another chance so i went yesterday and the jalapenos were a grey color.. I wont be back after that. Ill just stick with Firehouse subs across the street.
