  Heather was running the store alone and was amazing! Despite being alone we got our food quickly and it was right. She never got an attitude once!

  I went t the subway on Hershberger Road while visiting from Lewisburg WV. Heather was super nice and friendly. She made my experience awesome. I will definitely go there next time I'm in Roanoke.

  Me and my girlfriend came in and had heather make our sandwiches she was very kind and funny and somehow guessed everything we were gonna order😂 very great experience will be going back again soon

  Heather and Nicole's service at the Crossroads location was absolutely amazing. These two ladies went above and beyond to make my sub and salad exactly the way I wanted it, while providing fabulous customer service with a beautiful smile.   Heather was amazing!! She lit up subways environment. I was in line while she was interacting with these two young girls and they could not wipe the smile off their face! She got my order right and made sure my sub way full of love!! She is a great addition to this subway, i’ve been coming here for a while and this is the first time i’ve ran into her! I will definitely start coming only on her shift!!
