  Hannah was absolutely amazing and super sweet However, I was a little disappointed that I came back for a replacement sandwich that I purchased for my mother who is in the hospital. There was a hair in her food and the manager would not allow her to replace it because I did not bring this sub back. When I called on the day that I purchased a sub, they did not advise me that I had to bring the sub back as well and that was four days ago again the employee Hannah was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and polite and apologetic and because of her, I purchased another sub for my mom but at this particular location I do feel like they overwork their employees. Seems like they’re there from open to close by themselves and they seem to look Extremely exhausted everytime I come into this location which is at least 3 times a week. They need to do better with their employees and treat them better!

  Great people and prices i just lived their customer service the lady working made sure our subs were made fresh and perfecto and also the store was squeaky clean and had fresh lettuce and tomatoes as some of them don't smh but this one does and we have been back 5 times since February we highly recommend!!!!!

  Me and my wife loved the cleanliness of the store and niceness of the employees that work there they all go the extra mile to make it a great experience for their customers

  This has got to be the worst Subway location in Roanoke. Apart from the place being dirty the customer service is a complete joke. We went in and this lady was extremely rude. Rude attitude and tone. We left without getting any food. Never coming again.

  I recently visited your establishment with a group of friends, and while we were reviewing the menu to decide on our order, we were approached by an employee who spoke to us in an extremely disrespectful manner. The employee said, “So are you all going to order or what,” with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. I have been a regular customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning. This was unacceptable customer service, and it reflects poorly on your business. I strongly suggest addressing this issue and ensuring that staff are properly trained, as interactions like this will continue to drive customers away.
