  Had a great experience at this Subway! The employees were extremely friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Everything was well organized, and the food looked amazing. The bread was incredibly fresh, and the sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the restaurant and food quality up to a high standard. Definitely a Subway worth visiting!

  I was refused the promotion that was advertised on the website For Arc Raiders. The girl knew nothing about it and refused to make eye contact with me or try to help or escalate to a manager

  Honestly have mix experience from this place. I think overall one of the better subway in Roanoke, good amount of choices of ingredients , got my sub in timely manner. Ultimately comes down to who on shift. Good time that I went there employee there was very kind, made some small talk, and just doing really good job, and other time not so much. Employee on phone, being bit rude, or just unfriendly. Like one time I gave coupon the employee claimed it was expired then when they realized it wasn't, backtracked and said it was already used before… somehow, well ended up paying original price near $28 for 2 footlong.
