  My family and I were passing through on our way home. Ashley was absolutely amazing. Polite and patient. The store was clean and her personality inviting.

  The lady who appeared to be shift mgr or person in charge was on sandwhich line and cpuld not have been more rude when we asked about specials and product makeup. She said, with hands thrown up, "i don't know how it tastes " and later, "i couldnt hear you" after rushing our order but not paying attention. I told her, "we are gonna get through it". She was clearly agitated. The cashier was super nice and younger. The food was good but one of the subs was wanting for chicken. We almost left snd probably should have as tge employee made our sandwiches with an attitude. Plus, she was talking so loud behind the counter with no customers in line.

  I was gonna eat here but having bathrooms are for paying customers only slapped on the door just changed my mind, weird to not let someone pee if they gotta Employee safety is a bold claim for a safe area in Roanoke - solidified my choice to never go to return to another subway, thanks for the company response.

  Went in and only had to wait about 3 minutes, great place go to go if you're in a hurry, they do get a bit rushed sometimes but besides that, amazing service haven girl did it quickly and efficiently

  First of all when we walked in, the place smelled AWFUL like someone had a funky farting contest. I don’t recommend going into this subway in big groups because the 2 workers will literally throw a tantrum just cause they have to make subs for 3+ people. One of the workers who prepared our subs had an attitude the whole time, tossing the ingredients around and making them dirty. Later when we sat down to eat the woman who served most of us complained and made sure to call our subs sloppy and disgusting. I heard her even complaining about her salary. Mind you she was complaining about doing her job. I doubt this was the first time she’s taken her frustration out on customer. Overall this subway place had a really bad customer service and grumpy employees. I’d recommend this place if you wanna get absolutely degraded.
