As someone in sales, my experience at this location was awful. I took my daughter's friend to get help with her phone and was told that's a "you problem - look it up on YouTube." I went to the Cricket in Vinton, and they were wonderful and solved the problem. Save yourself the trouble and do not go to the Williamson Rd location.

Customer Service could be better. We were able to get what we went for, even got it for a good price. My husband was basically ignored by the female associate.
