  Very disappointed in the customer service I received from one of the employees. He told me that all license plate holders with the same when I asked him to help me find one for my car I had to really encourage him several times to come out and look at the car to see if it would work. I decided to try it in the parking lot because I had a feeling it would not work and it did not. The type of screws that are used for this type of holder had to have a special star ratchet to screw it in place and they did not know this or help me but they finally found one and I went out in the parking lot and put it on. I will not go back to this advance Auto customer service is very bad they are not encouraging and they were not busy

  Top notch service. They helped me to get my turd car that I daily drive back on the road as a poor person . My issue was a unique situation with a weird spring into a control knuckle. Not sure of the bald fellas name that helped me but he was top notch. This is the cave spring corner location. Top notch.

  I had a five-star experience today at the Advance Auto on Brambleton Roanoke VA. I had unexpected drained battery that turned out needing to be replaced. It was unexpected and frustrating morning for me having to get wait almost 2hrs for a jump .. but after the 2 gentleman at this location to care of diagnosing the need for new battery as well as the installation of the new one. The customer service was top notch, especially from technician Forest. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the removing of the old battery and installing the new. He was instrumental in making sure I was safely back on the road. I very much so appreciative his efforts and 100% would recommend this company and the fine representatives you have at this location and will be back to this location for my future car needs. Thank you Forest for going the extra mile to get me taken care of today!

  These guys and gals are great. Gave me exactly what I needed very helpful and no return trips switching out the wrong parts. Prices were great and when they didn't have one of the parts I needed they lined me up with another store that did. Thank you!

  Good location. Treated well. Actually helped me transfer items I needed from other locations when I was told at another location that they couldn't do it.
