  Order food on app. I got to restaurant and food wasn't ready. Had to wait an additional 12 minutes for food. This isn't the first time this has happened.

  They were open, but didn’t take the order, on google says they were open until 1AM but at 12:40 they didn’t want take my order.

  So basically I had ordered on the app and some body stole my order and this place wasn’t trying to refund me or remake the order and I think that’s completely miss up and I paid 35$ for this order the guy was very rude the so I guess I outta 35$ which is no fair I like a manager I already did the contact support thing no email back
