  Constant falsifying delivery attemps. I do not know. If this is the place responsible for the drivers delivering. Which ever building/site that is needs to examine drivers. The service and obviously untrustworthy drivers is something else.

  I had an excellent experience at this store printing a few things. The staff was really friendly and attended to all costumes very well while I was there.

  I went to this UPS location in Cary Court to drop off an Amazon return that was already packed in a plain brown box. I was told I needed to purchase another box from the store in order to ship it. So let me get this straight...I needed to buy a box to put my already boxed item into another box? A box, within a box, within a box? It made absolutely no sense. I ended up leaving and going to the UPS location on Staples Mill Road instead, where they simply printed the label and processed the return with no issue at all. This location clearly needs better training on Amazon returns and UPS drop-off procedures. Between the confusing service and the difficult parking situation in Cary Court, I won’t be returning to this location.

  You should probably lock your door if you’re closed instead of yelling at someone for bringing in a drop off at exactly 6:30. An extra 30 seconds of your time wouldn’t have hurt you.

  Was going to be charged $8 to tape up a box I purchased for shipping a return. I understand that I have to pay for the box but paying that much for a strip of tape is outrageous. That’s more than an entire roll of tape!
