  Excellent service and speed! Really appreciated the store operating for some hours on a Sunday. Was able to ship a few gifts to my sister from vacation.

  I went with a amazon return and one man with a beard and long hair i dont remember his name maybe jacob was texting on his phone in front of customers while the other boy was working did not help him at all . amazon kiosk was fast and easy. wish there was parking i had to walk but it was not too far

  I had legal documents notarized and sent overnight via this UPS store. The envelope never arrived, and there was zero record of this envelope being in the shipping system. The only record was that a label had been created. No one could locate the envelope, which means I had to go out and redo the entire thing today, at yet another high cost to myself (in order to notarize and expedite shipping, I had to use a private notary and a more trustworthy service, so it was even more expensive). The last time I spoke with a person at that store, they said they could not refund my money (which their policy CLEARLY states they must do) until they had delivered the package. Which they cannot find. Never again will I use a UPS store for anything. Never. This is hugely disruptive and costly for me, I've missed a court date because of this, and not one person has reached out to make this right. Shame on them.
