  They’ve damaged 4 of the last 4 shipments they’ve handled for me. The last shipment actually came Back because they apparently had an issue in Miami with the address and didn’t reach out to sort it out. When it came back I asked to see it AND GLAD I DID. They overcharged me for packing by using a box 2x the size needed and didn’t even use one piece of bubble wrap in between the frames nor did they secure the pieces…so you had these 6 frames bouncing around the box resulting in the exact same damages the other 3 shipments endured. I will update this review IF there is appropriate resolution but in the meantime I would advise never using them for anything other than an Amazon drop off! See below

  Brian my service professional at the UPS Store on Grove in Richmond, VA was SOO helpful and nice. I needed to overnight a fragile gift to California and he could not have been more accommodating. He made sure everything was very secure, and worked with me to find the best price while still getting it to my friend in time. I was so impressed with how willing he was to make my priority his priority. Kind, polite, quick, and he was also multitasking with like - a billion other people in the store since his partner was on his lunch break.
