  This UPS store has excellent customer service. In particular, Anne is very welcoming and helpful every time I have been in this store.

  Usually have no issues at this location but today one of the workers was very rude about my outfit. Unless someone is butt naked, I really dont think there's ever a need to clutch your pearls and scowl at someone during their visit.

  I want to strongly recommend the UPS Store on Gaskins/Gayton based on my repeated experiences there. The staff at Gayton have always been professional, respectful, and helpful. They take time to explain shipping options clearly, answer questions, and make sure customers understand pricing and services before making decisions. I always feel like I am treated with patience and respect there, especially when handling important documents and notarizations. After a recent experience at the Pump Rd location, the difference was very clear. I did not feel that I was given clear options or transparent explanations, and the overall communication and tone made the experience uncomfortable for me as a customer. I also did not feel the same level of professionalism or respect that I have consistently experienced at the Gayton location. Because of this, I will ONLY be using the Gayton/Gaskins location going forward for shipping and notarization services. If you want a location that is consistent, professional, and customer-focused, I highly recommend Gayton. It has been a much better and more reliable experience every time I’ve gone.
