    Alot of normal subway items not available, they do not use rewards or point system. Staff shows they do not want to be there. Was starving so finished order but next time I am working at VCU I will skip this subway.

    Horrible sandwich. One small lump of chicken salad on sandwich wrap. Salty and nasty.

    The customer service was very horrible , I asked for condiments and other edible options for my sandwich and “mhhhm “ was just every answer. I waited for a receipt and I couldn’t get one yet the employee hand smashed my food and I was asked “ is there anything else I can help you with “ with a very unpleasant attitude If you don’t want to work there just apply for a new job that would fit your attitude , very unsatisfied
