  Had my brother order a pick for 4 people cause I was driving and taking my mom out from the hospital, he did i went for pick up and I walked in and there was 2 ladies one was just standing there and other idk doing something else, it wasn't busy at all, I go inside and say 'hello' the lady standing just signals to my right for my order, it was just sitting there on a lone table by the door where people sit and eat, I didn't mind that but her rude behavior was what brought me here. I usually do not write reviews like this but it was just so rude of the workers to greet their customers like that. I know I should have checked reviews before having my food get made there, this location was the only one closer to the hospital and I needed to get meds and what not alongside the food🤷🏻‍♀️

  I’m very disappointed with my lunch order today . I ordered the Roast Beef Meal, Seasoned Steak and Avocado Meal, and Ham & Turkey Stacks Meal, but each meal came with only a few pieces of meat. The portions look very different from the pictures shown on the website and did not meet my expectations. I would like to request a full refund for these meals, as what I received was not as advertised.. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

  Subs are ok but Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff, go to the jersey mikes up the street or find a different sub place is my recommendation

  Employees did not have good English, very low tone of voice. Hard to understand. Ordered 1 foot long Subway Club, ask to cut in half. Went to pay was charged $13.78 for the sub. Man behind counter kept arguing even after showing the prices listed on their wall. Rather than get police envolved, I paid him. Told him I would not be back. His only reply was a shrug of his shoulders. Is their a Subway in Western Henrico were they are friendly, clean and speak english?
