  Ernesto provided excellent customer service during my visit to Subway. He was friendly, professional, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. He worked efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Great job, Ernesto—thank you for the outstanding service!

  Walked in 30 minutes before they closed, and after a few minutes someone decided to help me but they put their hand and flattened out a piece of parchment paper that my sub would be on bare-handed, without washing their hands. I walked right out.
