  Stopped here to get some food. Actually haven’t had subway in a long time and thought I’d give it a try again. Plus my my kids wanted to try it. Firstly I felt like the female worker(older black lady) was a bit impatient. 2nd. The most nastiest thing A food worker could do is TO CUT THEMSELVES WHILE SLICING THE BREAD AND THEN CONTINUE SLICING WITH THE SAME KNIFE WHILE BLEEDING, thinking you didn’t notice. And I’m there waiting to see if she was really going to continue making my child’s sandwich While her hand is bleeding, even though it was a small cut it’s still a cut and you’re dealing with somebody’s food. Myself or my child could’ve been exposed to any pathogen/Infection, as simple/small as it sounds. the fact that I had to tell her that I would prefer for her to stop making the sandwich and go take care of the wound said a lot to me. Before I could even tell the other worker, he was already cutting somebody else’s sandwich for an online order, and I told him the knives need to be washed and sanitized, which means he would have to remake the order And he looked at me confused and pretty much kept making the sandwich while she grabbed the knives. I don’t even know if she actually washed the knives who knows but then her grabbing a spray bottle asking me if that’s OK which I don’t know what she was gonna do with a spray bottle…like was she going to spray it where the food was? Yes, she would need to clean the board, but I damn well know she wasn’t going to be spraying near the food and if that’s something they normally do. They definitely need to be retrained but overall your workers do need to be trained on what to do when it comes to infection control. After all that I definitely did Not want to continue with the order. DISGUSTING 🤮.

  The service was efficient and cheerful, but the amount of tuna on my tuna salad was lacking and they wouldn't accept my promotion from the app. They also wouldn't accept the coupon the person in line ahead of me gave. He was so frustrated he walked out. If a Subway franchise won't accept promotions from the subway rewards program, then I don't understand the point. I won't be back. $7 for a tuna salad sub with barely a smear of tuna salad is too much.

  When I arrived at 11 am to place my take out order for a footlong sub, they did not have any Italian herb and cheese bread, which I always get. My only choices were white, wheat, or flat bread. I chose the wheat bread reluctantly and they did get the rest of my sub made correctly. When I got home, the bread was not fresh. In retrospect, I should have realized that the bread they did have was from the day before and should have spoken to the manager about the issue. On my last visit, the cookies were not fresh. I will be going to another location for my next Sub.
