  I had the best experience with Dominique today. I needed to complete a quick return and not only was Dominique quick, knowledgeable, and a clear expert in her role, she gave me an incredibly kind compliment and we had the best conversation. After a long day this really filled my cup. I wish I could have waited to tell Dawn about this, but Dawn you have an amazing associate in Dominique!

  Today I walked past Staples to go to FedEx to have items laminated. The employee who helped me promptly could not have been nicer as he was processing my overnight job … until he very politely told me, and I quote, “Hold on a minute while I get the queue line down.” So he left me at the counter to move to another counter to help other customers who came in after me. He was gone long enough for me to call Staples, speak with someone in their printing & laminating area, and make the decision to take my business elsewhere. It was only an $84 job, but I believe I’m just as important a customer as those waiting in the line behind me. As I exited the store, the very polite employee who had been helping me looked up from his register and looked so surprised that I was leaving. I called back to him from the door saying, “You leaving me wasn’t kind so I’m going to Staples.” I hope this store’s manager is now aware that they have lost my business forever.
