  Went this morning to get pictures printed and both women there were not professional and had terrible customer service. I had trouble printing them out but didn’t want to bug them so I tried doing it myself but could not. Asked her if her day was going good and she said mhm and huffed and puffed the whole time. Should have just gone to the library.

  Lack basic customer service treatment. When they can't do something they get frustrated and blame the customer. Need better training with technology.
