  For a very last minute graphics project I found some tremendous professional help from a young woman named Toshina here two weeks ago. I was impressed that she was a great problem solver and thought through with me some technology appropriate solutions that fit my need perfectly. I have been a Fedex customer (Kinkos in ancient history before that) since they started their office/graphics work years ago (“your office away from your office”) but had never received this level of custom professional service. Toshina’s assistance, and this very clean and organized location in Richmond’s downtown financial district, was just what I needed. Thank you.

  My favorite FedEx/Kinkos for customer service. Always friendly/helpful staff. The managers in particular are very helpful. The online ordering for copies always works well. And shipping assistance from staff has always been great. Parking can be a challenge during lunch time. I try to bike there whenever possible. The only thing missing is a bike rack on the plaza. Skateboarders during off peak time can be very entertaining.
