Erica was so hopeful in getting me set up with a phone replacement and helping to restore some previous used apps and getting things set back in motion for me. I really appreciate Erica for going above and beyond

My phone bit the dust on a road trip to visit my family. I had no way to get in touch with anyone, no navigation, or anything. This was the closest cricket store, two and a half hours away. By the time I found it with no navigation I was extremely stressed out and needed a new phone asap. Phyllis was amazing helping me. I had no idea what I was looking for, and she was so patient. I absolutely love my new phone and I was on my way again very quickly. I am very grateful for her help!
