  We want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Wendy for her for providing outstanding customer service. We went on Monday 27 & Tuesday 28 trying to resolve issues with our Samsung old phones; also helped us transferred all info from the old phone to a new Samsung phone she selected for us from the store. Wendy went above and beyond to help us. She was very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to solving our problems. Wendy’s dedication, professionalism, truly stood out and made a complicate situation much better. Truly appreciate, Ms. Wendy, for your outstanding assistance!
