  I came to the Cricket store on Jefferson Davis road in Richmond to set up my new phone device, and Jobanny helped me to set my new account and device. I will be returning to this Cricket store location in the future and definitely staying away from the Cricket store in Chester, Virginia - because my phone was locked, when I purchased it. I would give Jobanny 5 stars and an excellent review for his customer service, professionalism, competency in solving all technical issues and setting up my device, caring and understanding. I walked away feeling satisfied. I would highly recommend this Cricket store off Jefferson Davis to anyone who wants quality service and transpatency and specifically ask for Jobanny. Anyone who knows me would say I do not usually leave reviews, and it is rare when I do, but this was an exceptional service and he (Jobanny) deserves to be recognized.

  I can this store do something to my account phone line. But the personal have here is bad for customers service. Maybe don't understand what do.
