  We got booked into our room and it was filthy, stains all over the sheets, blankets and bed. They moved us to a different room and it was rhe exact same, expect the ac unit that was in the room had mold in. I would not recommend this place. We just canceled cause we did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel.

  Upon arriving to this hotel, we walked in to the front desk to the host on her phone with what I assumed was her boyfriend and we stood there and waited for them to finish their phone call before she even acknowledged us. Next we head to our room after we got our room key and the elevator was run down and literally sounded like it was going to break. Then we get to the second floor and the hallway smelled horrible. I honestly can’t describe the smell it was nauseating to say the least. We got into our room and paint was chipping off the walls there was no cream packs or sugar for the coffee. Fast forward to time to go to bed the bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a piece of wood it was terrible ! To say the least we will not be staying here again and the front desk hosts should go through training on how to be well mannered and smile towards guest because the one at checkout as well was miserable and seemed to love her job like the one prior.

  🚨 DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 🚨 I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and clearly had no idea what she was doing. We tried explaining that we had already paid when we made our reservation, but instead of checking into it, she kept demanding payment and arguing with us. She was too busy yelling and screaming instead of actually trying to help resolve the issue. When we finally matched her energy, the manager got on the phone and told us to CANCEL OUR RESERVATION! 🤯 So instead of fixing the problem, they chose to lose a paying customer because we stood up for ourselves. Horrible customer service, extremely unprofessional, and definitely NOT somewhere I would recommend. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! 🚨

  La calle para entrar no esta rotulada y el GPS me dirigiendo a el hotel embassy sweet. Todo lo demás excellent

  Not the best hotel, but I would stay here again, got pretty tired of driving, staff was not all that friendly, but not rude. Floors were not cleaned, rugs in hallways was pretty rough…..beds were decent.pillows and blankets could use an upgrade. The A/C worked but wow it was so loud, very annoying. The shower pressure really sucked. Shampoo and conditioner was not full…. All in all a decent place to stop and take a power nap
