  I asked the gentleman working here to charge my battery. Simple right? Wrong. Employee attached battery tester before charging. My batter had less than 11 volts. The test came back my battery bad. Of course, it has less than 12 volts. Would only sell me a battery! That's ok! There is an Autozone next door Just thought Americans would like to know that Advanced Auto Parts is scheming on selling a replacement on parts not bad...

  Having a part available is great but, when someone is asking for clarity on the parts they need and making sure they fully understand the information < that you are employed to provide > is equally valuable if not more so. What a shame how I was treated for needing a little more detail since I’m not a mechanic. I think that part of your training needs updating, Don.

  I look forward to coming to this advanced auto parts location.. the crew here is such a breath of fresh air! Lisette, Dom and Denise really make the process seamless! Lisette also changed my windshield wiper blades for me in literally 30 seconds flat because she knew I was in a hurry! These guys here are like a professional pit crew with the efficiency they run with! Thank you 5stars
