  Five stars for Advance Auto! The employees who helped me were absolutely incredible. Their technical knowledge and know-how were outstanding. I walked in feeling completely down and stressed out, but their great attitude completely turned my day around and made me laugh. "Excellent customer service ladies, you all have a customer for life.   I had an issue with my car and brought it to this store. We had a few issues with the fit of the battery in my car but Lisette and Gary were extremely helpful in resolving my problem and went above and beyond in their service. I highly recommend this store.

  I asked the gentleman working here to charge my battery. Simple right? Wrong. Employee attached battery tester before charging. My batter had less than 11 volts. The test came back my battery bad. Of course, it has less than 12 volts. Would only sell me a battery! That's ok! There is an Autozone next door Just thought Americans would like to know that Advanced Auto Parts is scheming on selling a replacement on parts not bad...
