  We had a great experience with Carroll. We came through thinking we might have needed a new battery for my husband’s car. Carroll took the time to run a full diagnostic and walked us through his recommendations for a course of action. Turns out our battery may be under warranty at the dealer so he recommended we check with them. Really appreciated his honesty, and the fact that he was willing to give us his ideas, tips and tricks without us a product we didn’t need. We will be happy to come back to the store and work with Carroll for any auto parts needs in the future.

  I do not recommend this store based on the employees guy did not even act like he knew how to read a battery tester screen. Question me why? I thought I needed the battery while he was testing it.When it only showed on his test 9 V and had to ask him , for the results , it just went downhill from that point between the three employees that was working. walked out while the car was broke down at their store , and I had to go to walmart to buy a battery i know that don't make sense. So it was my daughter's car, with dead battery and I had to drive up there to help her. That's why I was able to drive 2 vehicles terrible. Staff there , go to rockville , if you want to be treated humane and need help
