The two workers were super helpful with my defective battery. I’d bought it here a year ago and the warranty still covered it, so they replaced it without charge. They let me sit in the shop and get work done while we waited to get a diagnosis. Very thankful for their diligence.

Patrick at this location was exceptional and helped install a new battery for my car. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be returning to this location for all of my car needs going forward.

The store's computer system would get one ⭐ star. It lost the record of my purchase from a year earlier! But the staff was friendly and helped me out, despite the computer!

Always a good professional experience.....until it isnt. Last visit the clerk never got up from stool. Told me endlessly where to look myself for things in store. Felt stupid so left. Sign on door said short staffed and some services may be affected. Should've just closed and gone to the other stores listed. Almost like "these are our good stores" This store "front" is also so cluttered up with no natural light getting through that it looks closed. The store front is on the side. You'd never know it
