  Last week or maybe two weeks ago, I was in there. It was like a Wednesday or Thursday. A tall girl with a fireball tattoo on her neck and a young girl with a seashell necklace was working. The young girl with the seashell necklace was over on the shell side and was talking about how she had this really bad sunburn and it was itching. Which I get that, but in a food business. It's nasty to watch the food handler pick at and peel their skin and flick it in the floor. I waited til she wasn't around and then got my food and the girl with the fireball tattoo waited on me. I never mentioned what I saw by her coworker. However, what has me bringing this up now is that she apparently never wears a hat either. I came in Thursday night, she was working, the girl with the fireball tattoo was working and that one woman that's been there for years, Melissa was working. The young girl done the veggies on my sub and when I got half way into eating it, there was a long blonde hair. Melissa has dark hair and that fireball chick has like reddish hair and they both had hats on. I am a single man with no kids, so it's not like it's my ole lady's hair or one of my kids hair and I surely don't have long blonde hair. Please talk to her. She seems sweet and she seems very young, but she needs to learn about food handling if she's going to be doing the job.

  Walked in @8:30pm for an order I put in on door dash over 1 hour 30 ago they confined the order and never made it. I walked into the store white lady in the back asked what order I was here for and found my order and told me she had to make it ! How is it almost 2 hours and you haven’t made it yet this happened twice here. She started making and I just walked out and left so she can wast her time making it the way she wasted my time driving to pick it up and wait for it to be made door dash orders are put in for a reason you better have it ready when the person arrives , what kind of business are yall running here

  Ordered.2 salads.... Lettuce slightly wilted.. Not much lettuce not meat no lids. Wrapped in cellophane. Not a good salad for the price. They could have done better. I will not buy one Another time I got a footlong Chipotle sub. I ordered 50% more meat. There was hardly any meat on it let alone the additional mate. I spoke to the counter girl about it and she was short with me instead of course she put the extra meat. But I'm here to tell you she didn't. The three girls that were there working were spending more time talking and out in front of the soda machine then they did behind the counter. I've been there before when this particular girl was very attentive and nice. Everything went well that time. But most of the time it is subpar. I will give the whole place a 2 to 3 out of a five

  The poster hours of closing is 10pm They start shutting off there ovens at 9:20 that is ridiculous. I will be going to the corporate about this. This has been a reoccuring issue. We live deep into the country, when I get off of work at 9pm and try to make it into town within 20min and get told "we shut the ovens off 5min ago" I think this subway needs to be looked at. Because why every single night you leave early? If you buy a franchise and have a contract this is not what they would allow.
