I dislike the service in this location, it is the second time, same customer service person couldn't print my receive, it took too long, then finally printed, I have to bring the print paper to the person, instead of the person complete the service, also, asked me to bring in the original package the item, in addition to the one previous I had.
I have to said at the moment i was there, nobody else was only me...

I called today as I had lost the tracking information for a package that I mailed out last Sunday. When I called I was told because I had lost the receipt there was nothing they could do. I knew this had to be wrong, but I called UPS customer service as another avenue since the Reston UPS was declining to assist with my issue. UPS customer service told me I needed to call the store I shipped the package from. So I had to call the Reston store AGAIN to request them to look up my transaction to find my tracking information. There is nothing more frustrating as a customer getting wrong information and having to call multiple different places to receive something as simple as a tracking number.
