  They have ants and didn’t do thorough cleaning. Just surface wiping the drink dispensers. Eww. They are nice people though. They need someone to inspect.

  I have been visiting this place for breakfast sandwiches and never had any issues until I started ordering for myself. I recently placed an online order, and they messed it up. I ordered a plain egg and cheese sandwich, but I ended up getting steak in it. This goes against my dietary restrictions. The online order was very clear, so I hope they can find someone who follows what is written on the order.

  Customer service is severely lacking. I come here 1-3 times a week (I love Subway) and just about every time the customer service sucks! It's very obvious the people do NOT want to be working there. Majority of the time I eat my sub in the store and overhear other interactions. Whoever owns this Subway should really look into their employees.

  Stopped by a Subway inside a gas station and honestly walked away impressed. The team was clearly busy, but you wouldn’t know it from the way they handled everything. Every employee was smiling, staying positive, and working together like a well-oiled machine. The line moved quickly, orders were made carefully, and nothing felt rushed or sloppy. You could tell they were well staffed and well managed—everyone had a role and executed it. Even with the rush, they kept the place clean and the energy upbeat. It’s not easy to maintain that kind of service during peak times, but this crew made it look effortless. Great experience all around—this is exactly how it should be done.
