  Ella at the UPS Store provided truly outstanding service. We had an issue with a package we needed to return, and she took the time to work with us until we found a solution. Throughout the entire process, she maintained a positive attitude and genuinely cared about helping us. It’s becoming harder to find people who are willing to go the extra mile, but Ella did exactly that. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful situation easy to resolve.   When return a box with Amazon they let you use your tape and then they tell you it's $15 afterwards total scammers. I will never go back to this UPS. She never made it clear that she was charging. I do a lot of reviews across I have over 1,200 reviews and I'm very honest this was a total scam. She said she told me they were charging me for tape she never said that. It's a total dishonest lie and I will not go back.

  Not sure why they even have employees or staff if they force you to do self service every time. Sometimes you just want to drop off your package and move on with your day. Hate coming to this location
