  Literally just called to ask a few questions about having my battery replaced, and whichever dude that answered the phone was so damn rude and unpersonable I hung up within 30 seconds and will take my business elsewhere. Like seriously, a grown man that can't handle speaking to customers on the phone without being a prick should probably NOT be answering the phones, or interacting with anyone. 😂 And just before I hung up, I asked to speak to someone else who could help me and his reply was "what's the question." Happened today 7/01/26 at 12:30pm. Tigten up dude

  Needed a help with a car part yesterday. I had the BEST experience with Austin. Wonderful customer service!!! He researched & wrote down exactly what I needed. He also suggested the best way to attain these parts. I felt like a cared for & valued customer. Thanks, Advanced Auto!

  Its an advanced auto, you know what youre there for and how they work, nothing really to say there, however I did want to thank Austin for his help with my battery! Offered different ideas on what the issue could've been, worked around to check and offered different batteries at a variety of prices to give me an option, rather than only mentioning the most expensive one. Would definitely go back!

  I was sold a defective tool. I tried to return the tool. Austin K argued with me that since the tool was open he could not refund the money. I replied that if the tool is defective a refund is in order. His response was that he, "Didn't want to take a hit on his inventory." After a few more back and forths and more customers looking at this conversation, he agreed to a refund. Needless to say I will not be returning to AAP.
