  Ordered online. 2 foot long sandwiches. What a waste of money. One of the sandwiches was not prepared how it was ordered. When I tried to call them to talk to someone you can never get them to answer the phone. I will not be eating subway at pounding mill again. Worse service and food.

  I hope this store can improve their order verification process in the future, because it is frustrating paying full price for an order and not receiving everything you paid for.

  Last time I ate here the sub was horrible. They used to be decent but now I avoid the place. Workers seem to give off a rude vibe as well lol it's true! Although to be fair I wouldn't be all smiles working at a restaurant either I'm sure the pay sucks. But they really should be grateful they have that sucky job lol I need one!
