  Ordered from Uber eats had my fiancé pick up and the DISAPPOINTMENT when he got home and I opened the food to find the fries for the boneless wing meal for 2 was missing, we had and extra thing of wings in our bag which I usually wouldn't complain but it wasnt what I ordered and if its not spicy, I don't want, I ordered the Louisiana bone in 10 piece and hot bone in 10 piece. I got the hot and the other flavor was again some non spicy flavor, so 2 boxes of wings are basically trash unless I put some of my own hot sauce on them 😔 kinda sucks was super excited for the Louisiana its my favorite, not really spicy but great flavor 😔

  Walked in. Completely empty. 4 or 5 people working. However the guy said “we are only doing online orders” So I had to order my food online instead of at the register despite there being enough employees. On top of that the employees were on FaceTime, and mostly talking instead of cooking food. If I knew I’d had to do a Togo order I would have went somewhere else other than driving here. Edit to add- while waiting for my online order two other people walked in and were able to be helped at the register 🤔

  I don’t know what changed at this location EVERYTHING was perfect! Food was perfect. Fried perfect , Flavor perfect ! I couldn’t finish but my son did and he could not stop talking about how good everything was so thank you ! March 18th 2026 & 1600 (ordered )
