  I went in to pay my brother's phone bill. It was only me and my brother and the lady behind the counter. I set my phone on counter and walked out without grabbing it. Its one that has a case around it with slots for credit cards and money. I had 4 one hundred dollar bills in there. I walked no further than Farm Fresh and realize it was gone and walked back in store (Less than 5 minutes) and the lady behind the counter said "There was no phone left here". I tracked the phone and it is in the store. Now its suddenly powered off. I am instructed by my phone provider to file a police report so they can request the camera footage to show who took the phone. Sad that the only person in the store was me, my brother and the employee! Are the employees that desperate? What a shame! I am writing this for my friend who is over 70. Retired Patty Officer Master Sargeant who this story is about. Don't trust this store if you lay something down! Phone is a S23 ultra

  I was so lucky that the person at the cricket store in victory square or crossing was bad at customer service or I wouldn't have gone to this store. I hate when people try to sell you anything just to make money. And what a find! The person near the Chesapeake square location was awesome, she was about to go home but stayed and help me the phone I wanted at another store in churchland. As well as made the purchase easier so all I had to do is pick up the phone, the sales associate was already setting the phone up when I got there. Even walked me through setting up no security.
