  My day started off with needing a new phone. My service is with Cricket so i went to the nearest store. I arrived at the Colonial Heights location at 11:10 however the doors were locked!! Now frustrated I went to the cricket store on S Crater Rd.. Where I met Angel. She was very polite and professional. I am technology challenged and she listen to my concerns and made suggestions without making me feel dumb. She is definitely an Angel 😇 💓. She turned a negative situation into a positive one. I am truly grateful for her. Thanks!
